Olive goes shopping MK 2 (aarch4)

a first milestone reached: (it installs in parallel to mark1 version, so now worries)

what works:

- create / delete shopping lists
- add items from picklist
- add item from scratch
- clear done
- clear all
- delete one item
- edit one item
- create / delete categories
- create / delete item types 
  each item type represents a picklist
  if you delete it, its gone
- populates pick lists
- shopping list ui is imho now nicer
- summing up items now works based on phydim, so it is reliable; in case it is not possible due to mismatch, it will be added as second line
- use more often the bigger unit in picklists like kg, rather then gram thanks to new calculation
- coverpage

- all files are in ~/.local/share/oarg.pawelspoon/olive-goes-shopping/assets
  you can backup it from there
  you can upload it to nextcloud

what does not work:

- recipes work in read-only but without ingredients
- switch itemtype in combo in add-from-picklist will cause loss of selected items 
- no tasklist yet
- pre-configured shopping lists yet
- visualization of categories in pick lists
