[Gamma] Arabic Community Translation for SailfishOS

THIS IS NOT A FUNCTIONAL RELEASE.

Always run ./rtls.sh -d before -rtl. 

FILES.txt updated on github. 

This is more of a proof-of-concept than an actual release. There are many issues with RTL support, but with your help, we can resolve them. Find me on telegram or open an issue on the project repo on github(here) if you find anything wrong with the following apps:

• Camera
• Contacts
• Calendar
• Gallery
• Email
• Sailfish Silica
• Media
• Notes
• Messages
• Parts of Settings
• Browser

After installing, fetch rtls.sh(here) and run it as root(make sure FILES.txt and rtl._qml are in the same dir) to mirror the ui. 

./rtls.sh -rtl --> to apply the changes

./rtls.sh -d --> to revert them

Again, this is not a functional release, install at your own risk.
